Adding sockets using sockets stone

Hello, is there a way to exchange the necessary amount of socket stones to add sockets?
Like for Ashura (99) we need 2000 socket stones for (3) -> (4) sockets. How can i change from 2000 to 1000 for example?

I've tried to search, but no success,

It's a value table in the gs, the socket stone amount depends on the item grade(level) and the current amount of sockets on it.

For 1.5.3:

For Weapons: starts C3E1A4 ends C3E23D
For Armors: starts C3E244 ends C3E37D

Search for the bytes from 1.5.3 in 1.4.5 GS, you should find it then
