Can't use skill (class: StormBringer) when equiped item sent by pwAdmin(shadowvzs)

Thank shadowvzs for pwAdmin web.

When I used Item Builder to sent item for my account, I can't use skill (just class StormBringer, I try using class Duskblade it ok)

Ensure two things
1. Item ID you edit the hex data of does not have a class restriction. if it does u will need to use other item id or fix it in elements.data
2. Ensure you used correct weapon type in generating the hex data.
