Change it to what exactly? it requires an aipolicy.data editor (and a lot of time) Lucky for you one was released. however i do believe there is a partial english translated one floating around RageZone somewhere.

so far i know there is still no english aipolicy.data released for 153. however its easy to create one if you know the structure

Need to edit, airpolicy, the data files (gshop, elements, task, etc. need to edit the interfaces.pck
