Client Crash After Char Select (Win10)

Hi everyone,

I have setup a 1.5.5 server to do some testing and all good. Server is running without any problem.
Today i forward my ports in order to one of my friends be able to get in.

He loads the client fine, login with his account and create the characters.
The problem is when he press "START", the client frezze/crash.

Im using win7. My friend uses win10.

I think it's not about Windows, you need to read the logs in the PW folder\element\logs

Agreed windows will not cause the issue, check the pck files make sure nothing is corrupted and yes get the log folder on the client side, not the server

Check AF.log and EC.log inside PW Client\element\logs folder or paste them here
