[GS] Debug Command and Bug Cast/Incast

Hey guys, I have some questions about the Perfect World GS, I want to leave GS with Bug Cast / Incast and debug command just for GM. Well, I think depending on the version the codes will also change, but if possible I wanted a tutorial from GS 1.5.0 up to 1.5.3. Thanks xD.
