pwAdmin importing roles table wrong

The pic below is self-explanatory, the account_id is the same as the role_id, idk why, I've checked the users table and it's right there, it's also right in iWeb and in pwAdmin accounts list, but in this table is getting the wrong account_id except for the default acccount (ID 16).

Can someone help me?
