Server files and client and sql not in the tut

I have looked and found this site to make my own perfect world server, but the dang links on it doesn't even work she doesn't even explain on how to get sql to work etc anyone have ideas to help me with some links like server download and also the client download and the tut to get it started etc.

u can find here alot server pack with sql if you search, example complete package by 343...
