Connection to MySQL Database Failed on pwAdmin

I can get to all other tabs fine but when I go to my charcter page it says loading character data failed.

Configures your "pwadminconf.jsp".

String db_port = "3306"; - Your port
String db_user = "root"; - Your user in MySQL
String db_password = "hrace009"; - The pass in MySQL

All services is started up.I can access account page and server pages.But sill says Loading Character Data Failed
