HEX Creator?

So I'm currently learning about how to control a PW Server.
I installed a pw server on localhost with mysql, and yesterday I installed pwAdmin. But in game I don't have anything lol, oh only GM role , that was easy :P
But, how do I get GM Weapons? I've seen other threads on this forum where someone changed out the hex so that it became a GM Weapon, how do I do that? I mean, how do I create a specific HEX?

go to gm npc and buy it there... its supposed east of the gm area
