Little help please

Ok so I followed one of the guides on how to take existing NPCs and put them wherever you want. For example I took the TT forges and put them at each of the begining towns as a test. It worked adn all is great. But, I would like to know If I can do the following and what would be the best program to use. So if someone could please point me in the right direction to guides on how to do the following things, would be great. Thanks a lot.

1) How to make custom NEW NPCs with a custom skin look.

2) How to edit current NPCs and the items that they sell.

3) How to make custom quests, such as custom dailies, and other quests.

4) How to make custom items/edit existing items.

I don't want to just use existing content, I also want to add my own content and expand my knowledge of dev'ing. I would appreciate any and all help. Thanks a lot again.

3. on Tasks.data, edit with sTASKeedit
4. on elements.data too

if you want a tool download this for all tool pwTools

this program need .NET framework 3.5 too

yes it is possible , create new NPC in element.data and in npcgen.data dont forget to add it to npcdb.txt too

Are there good guides for any of these things I requested? I searched the forums but only found the one that I used to use existing NPCs and putting them in certain places.

1- Clone an existing NPC in element.data.
2- Add the skin you want from a mob/NPC.
3- Add the NPC in npcdb.txt in the npcgen's folder ul see there the file.
4- Add the NPC in npcgen.data with the id u put to it in element.data.
5- Set the coords in npcgen.data.
6- Add to it (if u want) quest, sale list ,crating list.
7- Enjoy the game.

Thats all it isnt hard
