Follow step by step the Erndog tutorial if you planning to install your pwserver on a virtualbox...
If you want to install your pwserver on a real linux server machine, i suggest you to use Ubuntu Server 8.10 ! And follow the little tutorial here:
Quick tutorial:
1. Install Linux on your server (check the openssh-server packet during the install)
2. Configure root password
3. Configure a static ip for your server
4. Connect to your server via FileZilla Client using the ip you have configured and the root password too...
5. Follow the README file into my release for where the files must be uploaded what permissions are need to set.
6. Follow the second README file for installing the MySQL dumb file for the database...
7. Start your monster!
8. Register an account
9. Connect ingame and don't forget to put your server ip into the serverlist.txt on the client folder before!
If you absolutly need a Video, just ask to Erndog... because i don't have preety much time to do it atm... sorry! But i will correct him if he misses something xDD

I dont want a LOCAL server i want a INTERNET server! ahha

Don't touch the IP that i have set in every conf files !!

Nope. Install the no-ip client on your Windows computer! And connect to your account and wait for the client retrieve your subdomain list, then check the litte box if needed!
You will need to open the pwserver port (29000) and the http (80) on your modem/router's firewall if you want to let everyone registering on your server and play...
