Yes i know I searched for this and some one had this problem. on a very old thread. I didnt understand the answer at all. and the thread was 8 years old i think.
Anyway. I can turn on HH and get into the room where you can forge stuff / enter act I II and III. select the quest to enter any of them. and door opens reveling the tele in. when i walk on it. it says cannot enter instance on the left side over the chat window.
the same thing happens when i try to leave . and i end up having to town port out.
This other post said something about copying files from client to server or server to client on 31a maps?
The answer was poor english and i didnt understand.

Solved with map data from another close but not exactly the same client version. it was client side.
I still get map out if sinc with server on the chat window sometimes though.
