I like the top thingy, but the golden stroke looks crap. Also the gradients don't look really good so alone they are, I would add some lights, flares, textures

It's bugging me that the header image isn't centered. I do like the particles in the header though.

The featured video seems a bit pointless as the resolution would be fucked anyway.

I feel the news and rank items would look better with some sort of background on them separate from the actual container background.

Other than that, it's a pretty solid design.
