I've been trying to learn HTML and CSS fully without making any errors or bad programming.
I've created a Portal Page as an exercise and you can use it if you want to! Design it myself too.

Nice and clean. I like it.

But HTML/CSS aren't programming languages, they are markup languages.
So bad programming isn't possible for you, because you aren't programming .
