Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. Looks ok, but a little bit emtpy. Too much space between the panels, and if you remove the orange parts it looks really plain.

Navigation,
The navigation why nice has no matching qualities with the rest of the design. It looks as if you decided the navigation after the rest of the design was completed rather than incorperating it directly into the design. Adding an orange aspect to the navigation would have helped to give a impression it was linked. Also the lengh of the buttons could do with making slightly smaller for the same fact that they have no matching qualites in size also with the rest of the design.
Logo,
The logo placement why smart in the middle seems verys poor. Why I do not know if you created the logo it how ever lets the whole design down. You could have also created an edged rock effect with orange dripping of the corners to bring the logo into the design alot easier. The basic background on the logo currently makes the logo stand out. Again making it look as if you created the navigation and logo placement as an after thought.
Side Panel Icons,
The side panel icons are to big in regard to the sizing of the design. Also you seem to have not matched there allignment properly on each one making some icons sit higher or lower or more to the right.
Also the you seem to have over used the glow effect of the icons making them to contrasted.
Side Panel Text[Header],
The text as the icons has the same glow used. Again the glow is over contrasted and makes the text seemed blurred not matching the background. Also a slight bevel or shadow at 1px on about 10% opacity would have helped to give the text depth.
Content,
Try to keep content matching the game used. I know currently many people are using Gunz 2 images in there Gunz 1 Designs but this is a bad choice. Keep content true to the game it gives your design a better aspect and keeps the design always matching and the artwork similar.
Login Hover Colour,
I have to ask the question why did you use green? There is no other green aspect in your design other than the online status [default color for online] so why not orange or just grey?
Grey Buttons, [Login , SignUp Donate],
The buttons do not match the curve used on the rest of the design. Try to keep designs similar in all aspects. Using around a 3px curve would have created a better button that did not stand out from the rest of the design.
News Update Arrows,
The arrows used seem to large for the actual content area. Try to make the area smaller so it sits properly in the given area.
Content Area [Middle]
Also I do not know if you noticed but the stroke around the content area next to the headers on the left side is missing [or hidden] A small detail but you may want to fix.
