Hi everyone, I'm looking to hire some website designers.

Please PM me with examples of past work and I'll explain what we'll be doing together. You can be either a web or mobile designer, and the designs must be up-to-date (modern designs).

You will have a choice between receiving $X per website you design, or X% of the earnings from all of the sales. They will be templates, so lots of people can buy them.

Also willing to buy EXISTING designs.

Yeah, as long as you sell full rights to me (re-sale rights, full permission to edit and do whatever I want).

Also, I'm still not quite sure how much one would pay for a theme. I'm sure quality of the theme plays a role in how much you would pay for one, am I right?

Yes, absolutely. It depends completely on the theme.
