Damn son, I really like the Old Manor one. Very clean and quite simple.

I don't really find the 3 pictures next to eachother on the Engine001 template nicely placed, it somehow bugs me cuz it goes over the top banner for a part.. For the rest awesome designs bud.

I'm using Adobe Photoshop CS6. I didn't made tutorials ever. Try to search on google these kind of websites. I have no recommendation for you unfortunely. Last time when I watched a tutorial was long time ago and I don't remember... but the best practice is to play with any tool of PS.
