Gundam 00(don't recommend any gundam series though, i've watched all the ones I would like)
Code Geass
Death Note
Phantom: REquiem for a phantom
Darker than Black

BUt here's a kind of story I want
1 pair of partners(preferablly under their 20s) work together under an organization to fight something?

BTW i can't stand old animations and old artwork. Recommend something that is good in both fields. If you're not sure, please mention anyway

- Its called Ghost Slayers Ayashi in English, I think. Ayakashi is not related to this anime.(aside from ghost setting)

D Gray Man

Devil May Cry
- I'm judging this from Soul Eater. Action, but without any actual sense in the story/plot.

Fate; StayNight
- Again, from the Soul Eater suggestion.

Black Cat
- A classic, though not strictly a legend.

Hellsing
- Not related directly to what you're searching for, but you put Darker Than Black there. The people who can recommend such are people who love killing others off randomly. Don't get me wrong, DTB was an incredible anime, but it still killed characters off WAY too quickly without any touches on the plot.
C is one of them, too.

The Law of Ueki
- I hate how they ended this, but it was a good anime, nonetheless

Rave Master
- semi-old drawing styles, yeah.
These guys were the base for Fairy Tail. Still rather good, if not very to-the-point-ish.

Pandora Hearts
- I won't lie to you, this anime will never be in my top list with the way it is.
But it is recommended, though most of the people I find who are completely taken with this anime are girls. (in fact, the only ones I personally know who really like PH are girls, so meh)
