I downloaded 1 - 578 from kick butt torrents but it took me a few days because there's hardly anyone seeding. Don't know any streaming sites unfortunately but you can download those then try and find the others one by one.

Torrents are mostly dead/incomplete. That's why I'd rather stream/download directly.

Have you tried a video downloader and using it on "Onepieceofbleach"?
There are over 600 episodes. so that would be your best choice.
