so three clients all with slightly differing versions and all present the same problem.
Please help guys I am stuck for ideas.

I do not think this is related to files. The UI of the game is completely messed up.
This is graphics issue. You would face this issue when you are playing on low end graphics system.

Try changing the files, if the issue still persist try using a better system.
