Here is a clean BOIOW client that isn't modify just replace YourIP with your IP in the NewUpdateinfo.xml

(Also its non Arc you can launch it using the launcher or the game.exe)

I removed content of download folder so package is slightly lighter - 2GB instead of 3.5. Also its packed with 7zip ultra compression. Enjoy.
