Forsaken World Server (VBOX Image + Patched Game)

Hello! I love that you made this to VBOX but I have a problem. First here are my files:

You must be registered to see links

I open Vbox, create new ubuntu machine and for the disk I choose the one you gave. Then when I click Start this shows up:

Sadly, when I choose the first one it shows me this:

You must be registered to see links

and nothing happens, only black screen. I've waited for about 5 mins and nothing. Please help!

So u r using VMware version of the image from tuan565..what u need to do is just open up vm image n start it up, it will ask about missing disk,what u do is just point it to the right disk....U dont have to create a new ubuntu machine.

If u r using vbox what u need is imports the vbox image not create a new
Also looking at ur screenshot u opening up VMware image from Tuan565 to vbox machine that is why u having a problem..to use that image u need VMware, so redownload Nikol@ vbox image to use in vbox
I have try both n it works
Nikol@ vbox image if u import corectly on vbox show as forsaken world
tuan565 vm image if u open on vmware show up as ubuntu

Hello RZ
Here is my relase of Forsaken World.
It's based on Ubuntu Server 11 X64.
I have already installed everything, u only need to download and run it to play and enjoy

login data for server/game/ssh/ftp and everything else is:
root / root

FAQ:
Download VirtualBox, and import this virtual machine, then start it.
Warning: for some reason, server map (from Forsaken), will not load if machine has less then 2Gb ram, so if u put atleast 2Gb of ram, everything will work perfect.
IP address from VBox image and game client is 192.168.1.101
(basicly, it is already edited, so after importing and starting of server u can already play).
Account login is same root / root

Download FW Game:

VBOX IMAGE:

PS2: U will have 2 LAN cards in virtual machine, 1 is NAT, and second is host only, Intell Pro 1000MT, and MAC address is ''08002790EBE5''.

Ok my server is running and i can log into the game with the root account everything is fine so far

just need to figure out what iweb is for.

hello , thank you for server file & Guide

I followed the step

1) Installed The Virtual Box
2) Downloaded all server file >Unziped with 7zip - sucess
3) Imported server file with Virtual Box -Sucess
4) checked the MAC address and compared to the one in guide - OK -same
5) Checked my Virtual Box NIC IP on PC , it was different Class so changed to 192.168.1.50/255.255.255.0 - ok
6)Started the Virtual Box Forsaken world server ->Loged with root & root - sucess
7)sh start
- i can see messages like
"Starting Authdserv (Attached image)" - START then some error (Gamed(1):: onabortsession 0)
8) then started IWEB - sucess
cd opt/jakarta/bin/
sh startup.sh

9) From PC - Ping 192.168.1.101 - sucessfull Ping Reply - sucess

Thinks i can do -

1) Access IWEB

I use server of tuan565 on VM , i want to connect to the server file for editing , etc . But i do not know the username and password , navicat and winscp which one we use for connecting to FW server
