[Development] New Website and integrated User-Panel

Hey RaGEZONE Community,

I am currently working on a new website from scratch. All Emulators are using the same or just a light-changed version, so I decided to build a complete new website.

Green = Done
Yellow = In Progress
Red = Coming Soon

the newest Announcement will be shown in the big orange square, it's clickable and will redirect you to the newspage (editable with DB)
all buttons editable via DB
the latest 3 Announcements will be shown at the bottom, before the footer (with description, picture, headline; clickable will redirect you to the newspage)

News
Features:

all news are fetched from DB
all buttons editable via DB
all buttons with hover image
news are clickable; will redirect you to news page

I hope they don't delete with thread just because of the logo's in wallpapers... Mods: If you don't like the logo, because of advert or something, PM it me please. I will change it immendly.
