missing DB (some tables/procedures) - if you know SQL, you can add it manually and all work done.

you register using your launcher.. you cant enable registering until we get the error 404 fixed as its a setting on the panel

Error404 has nothing to do with the panel. It has to do with how you've setup IIS.
