Hi,

This is a solo working edition of The War Z map editor. Also inside is the 'Third Party Editors' folders which includes a download URL for .dds editing with photoshop and an SWF extractor to customize your client.

Download URL:


Open RaGEZONE_Studio.exe to open the editor.

Known bugs:

  • When creating a new map you are given an "couldn't open Levels\Map Name\decals.bin for reading..."
    # Fix :
  • If the map has been made without terrain you get an assertion failed error on line 121 of obj_road.cpp
    # Fix : Use Terrain v2 when creating a new map.

model extensions are .anm so any supported editor will do. Someone may want to import the Skyrim High Res textures into the map editor too.

I might try that! :p

I'm really struggling to figure out how to convert/import/export the 3D models from any editors. I have a lot of fully enterable building models but they are as FBX files as I used them with Unity3D. Anyway, I guess I'll try this when its uploaded. Thanks!

Thank you very much MentaL, i loved the high res sky textures in skyrim and i will definately love then on my server too :eek:tt:

Also a little question because I'm noob in modeling etc.:
is it possible to convert unernterable buildings into enterable ones and port them back in the game?
