open Rsupdate.sln with Visual Studio 2008 Sp1 and find

char UPDATER_VERSION[512] = "1.3.6";

1.3.6 is your version change it and rebuild

All should work quite ip 127.0.0.1 one well was to change in source of the game api works correctly
