[Help] How to use the .fla files instead of .swf files

Hello guys,

Can maybe someone help me how to add all flash files the right way?
I do not have any clue how to do it and im trying to figure it out almost 1 week.
I'm using Education Source.

You cant use fla orifinal realeased here for Education Source ( is alpha)
