Hello, The license of newz is based on what? Do you have their contract or other? example: Is the DX subject to their copiryght? or all model in game ?

if I remember correctly, sometime long ago in the 16th year, Sven or Fred said we would not touch you if you did not use our poop. As I understood correctly, these are their skins, maps, reputation and more.

Just don't use newz files... let them do their poop and do your poop, also most of the newz models expect textures are bought from some forums....

Why would you want to use their junk models? MOst of them look like a little kids skinned them.

As far i know: they lost every Copyright on their "war-z" poop, basicly they can't do poop in my opinion. Get a lawyer, ask him -> ??? -> Profit.

Youtube doesn't care about who owns a license, they just know that Fredaikis AB is owning the license so every video what is looking similar to the licensed game but is not licensed so like an emulator(private server, whatever you call it) gets blocked!
