[HELP]WarZ.exe does start after launcher

Need help.
WarZ.exe Does Not Start After You Press Play on the Launcher.
Inside the server is running everything perfectly. No mistakes or crash.
But the client appears the following error that I have never seen and do not know how to solve.I'll post the R3dlog below.​

My Dedicate running win 2008 R2
