Having been around since mid-2013, this server offers what a majority of the people want. Our players' concerns are our very first priority before making any changes. The community plays a big role.

Days after Dead is using the original source from October 2012, but heavily modified to fit today's standards. We have added several important features such as the ability to unload and stack your ammo, physics and zombie cells. Hardcore mode is also working and will have special servers in a future patch.
It is not possible to purchase any items for real money in Days after Dead. You are only able to buy cosmetic items and character skins. The marketplace is completely in game dollars, and early reviving costs zombie cells.
We have several new weapons and skins to play with. Since Days after Dead is running on the Alpha engine, we felt the need to give you more customisation. There is a custom map with multiple cities, towns and places to visit. With 16 new clothing designs and 7 hair and face styles, we offer you more options when it comes to creating your characters.
Our loot has been tested very extensively, and has been fine tuned to replicate the Alpha loot as much as possible. Snipers are rare, while other guns are less common to find. Normal loot, such as low-grade sub machine guns and pistols, are more common to find.
We have new weapons, new ammo types and a few skinned versions of items. The ammo types are specifically designed for our guns. The skinned items offer more variety to your otherwise well known loot.
There are custom skills to learn and old skills are reworked to offer more balance to our players. To offer even more variety, we also have new clan icons to choose from. There are so many more small things that we have worked on, to make the game feel new even though it is using the Alpha engine.

How to play
It is very simple to create an account. All you need to do is download the game, and then register via our launcher. It takes less than a minute and allows you to jump into the game immediately.
