Hi guys, here's my new Passivity Tool v1.0.

usage:
-put it along the Passivity-n.xml n->[0,m]
-insert MAX value [the count of Passivity-n.xml you want to parse]
-hit go

output:
-passivity_data_[UTC].bin [contains the actual passivities data]
-passivity_data_[UTC].bin.text [contains the opcodes for reading the bin file]
