The translated datacenter file has an missing entry somewhere.

During the Apex quests, while in Mystel's dreamworld while first fighting the large dragon, there's a missing option to proceed to the next step of the quest.

I'd fix it but haven't investigated extracting the datacenter files yet.

Does anyone can help me modify DataCenter_Final_RUS.dat into DataCenter_Final_TW.dat
coz DataCenter_Final_RUS.dat is taked from 92.03 RUS client directly, but me don't know needed data for encription and modification.
Me try use data from default in tool, but - it's unworked...

how to get the "Key" and "IV" Value to open the dat file ? i try to open the DataCenter_Final_TW.dat of the Tera-TH/TW Client 92.04 but the "public" values(key, iv) not working.
