my problem client or launcher
after click launcher log in and password and this example image

after complete image gone the client no work can you help me :

Yup indeed, your english is so broken that I can barely understand it :S, It seems that you're having problems with the client, and that the launcher opens up and loads the image but when the image is disappears the client still doesn't wanna open?

What kind of launcher are you using?

if the logo appears and nothing happens..
its mostly the time when the serverlist check is on work...
if everythings okay game starts, if something wrong or the files not found game stops...
