Controller thumb stick durability

Hi,

So i play alot of Rocket League using an Xbox One controller. I play at a relatively high skill level with the thumbstick deadzone relatively low.
Long story short; the thumbstick durability on One controllers is terrible and i'm looking for a new controller that can fit my needs. I can't play with a PS4 controller because of the layout (thumb sticks next to eachother) so i'm looking for advice. Any experience on thumbstick durability? I'm explicitly looking for one that will not develop deadzone drift.

Didnt they like improve the thumbstick quality on the v2 controllers? Maybe you could try to buy one, optionally get a thumbstick replacement
