I accidentely found this website, for a, at least for me, unknown mmorpg called Secret Online.

The site is in english, and you can see both screenshots, and movieclips of that game.

In my opinion it's very nice looking. Too bad the downloadlinks doesn't work, nor there is a button to register an account.

Maybe this is still under development... And the guys who made it went " ohhh... what are wer going to call it?" and his buddy said " its not yet finished so lets make it a secret for now ", then the other guy typed "secret online" because he wasnt listening to the whole conversation and only heard the last part. LOL.

Anyways, its a very nice looking game.

Well unpro, maybe, but at least a contact was established.
And the mail was from the chinese contact.


Furthermore i contacted Steve, the founder of Zyon Games [Only Registered and Activated Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register...] , who got the the rights for the english version of Secret Online.

That mail was kind of more personally.

He ensured me that i would take part in the closed beta, launching in february 2008.

So guys, don't rush with false conclusions. I guess that Zyon is new, and i never heard that name before. But a new business must start somwhere and somtimes they start small, due to budget limitations.

I give it a try, and judge it afterwards, not beforehand.

When did official server founder's started to talk to their customers? It's very lame, they should have people do that for them...

A very bag first impression but I'll try it in the future, it's something different, lol maybe they give free GM's.

I wouldn't call it lame, i rather call it cool.

Thinking of having people to do that, well reminds me of Silkroad Online.
People to answer question, by avoiding to answer the question, or not to answer at all.

I see it positive, to have direkt contact to the founder.
It will give you the option to make suggestions without becoming sorted out by some employees, who think your idea or question doesn't fit.


GM's .. Wow nice idea. Who knows if there are allready some selected for the job.

Just because a company takes direct care of customers and have not set up any automatic mail-bots or specific forms yet, it does not mean that they're unprofessional, this they it's much easier to control what players enter the beta phase.

If you'd have a look at the other games they have, you'd see that Ferry is everything but an unprofessional company.


Well, anyways, it's probably a good idea to take care of the registrations that way, otherwise one would get players like you join the game.
