Where did you see these rumors, do you have a source? I looked it up there is nowhere mentioning anything about RF Online 2, though the fan-base really would like another take to that game.

here. It was roslaw you uploaded it. yet its april fools so i dont want to believe on it just yet, and it looks like its straight our of dota 2 lol

Thought what is described on that post given by xn0x was a demo for VR. Wanna try doing Bash explosion on VR, Or pressure. lol
