MU Maker1.12 Error Pipes Error:40

When ever i try start MU Maker i am getting:

Code:

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a
 connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible.
Verify tht the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to
 Allow remote connections. (profider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - 
could not open a connection to SQL Server )

I watched a video on youtube which lead me to my SQL Server Configuration Manager
And was informed to Enable SQL Server Browser ( Now Running )

Also informed me Enable the following
Protocols for SQLEXPRESS and Client Protocols

Shared Memory
Named Pipes
TCP/IP
VIA

I did as the video instructed , i even opened port 1433 but still no luck

Open
-> SQL Server Configuration Manager
-> SQL Server Network Configuration
-> Protocol for MSSQLSERVER
-> TCP/IP -> Enabled.
go to Properties Tab :
Enabled ->Yes (All)
For TCP Port -> Put 1433 (All)
Click OK and restart MSSQLSERVER.
Rerun MuMaker.
