TP to Arena

For the beginning, sorry for my English(

I have S6ep3 server and i cant understand where i need to find solution of my problem.
When i press M -> Arena - Game freezes.

How can i resolve that problem?

maybe you are moving to crywolf and gs_cs is off? check gates
