How can i set up an online DDtank server ?

Hello , this is my first thread so sorry if i break any rule, i've being looking for long time about how to make a real running server of DDtank with latest game version, and invite my close friends to play, but unfortunately all the tutorials are just about the local host, i dont know how to make it online honestly and what hosting i should go for ! please i'd be glad for help thank you :*:
