[Release] WarRock Packet Logger w/ Source

This logger will no longer work on the international version due to packet structure changes.

Hi guys!

It has been a while since I've posted anything. You might already have noticed it. I found a source of a WarRock packet logger that I wrote in C# months ago. I found it during a clean-up of my hard drive disk and I thought it would be a waste if I just deleted it from my hard drive disk. So I've decided to fully release the source code for you guys! Feel free to change anything inside this logger if you want and share it with others!

Note: this requires WinPCap which can be found here.

Jo could you say me on wich device i should listen on? I only got some Virtual Adapter's and Microsoft.
