I am using VS 2012 Express and don't have any problems with the lates git of rA files. @.@ seems suspicious try downloading the files again?

Either disable incremental linking, by going to

Project Properties -> Configuration Properties -> Linker (General) -> Enable Incremental Linking -> "No (/INCREMENTAL:NO)"

or install VS2010 SP1.

You can compile it properly using VS2010 just make sure your libaraies are set properly and installed. But use the GIT to download latest rathena sources.
