edit your server side and client side
edit your item_DB and then make your items
EX.for item_db

8000 busterblade,busterblade o 10909 9299 4498 398 09 98289 {**,{** ;
(dont use this its only an example)

then for client side

idnum2itemdesctable
idnum2itemresnametable
idnum2itemdisplaynametable
num2itemdesctable
num2itemdisplaynametable
num2itemresnametable
and itemslotcount

edit these to amke your item in client side

to make an items description you need to encrypt the text in code to make it apeear in english not jiberish

it should be very simple. Just go to the eathena sites and search around. I looked around there for 2 hours and i learned how to script.
