What to use to open the game?

I was wondering, how do we use the "DiffPatcher" well I know how to USE it, I put all my stuff into the sakexe and it creates this application that looks like it'll open up the game. But anyhow, when I click it, it'll just say it is shutting down or so. Is this what I'm suppose to use to start my server? Here's a couple of pics.

Oh then I have one then I guess. I got one from another guide that told you how to make an RO but didn't really work out. Anyways thanks.
