data/resnametable.txt it's not pointing the item ID to the sprite name. Go to the releases section here and download my Ragnarok Renewel English data, but just take the resnametable.txt out of it and overwrite the one you have.

If the resnametable.txt didn't fix it, then your client is out of date. Go to the release section and get RagRay, then patch with both Ragnarok.exe and Ragnarok_RE.exe
