Want to set up a Ro Server

i search the forum but most links dont work by me -.-,
can anyone give me all links waht i need for a ro server?
That will be very help full for me =)
i bought a root and want to create a good ro server^^ but i see most links dont works
for me /: ... (sry for my bad english, im german -.-)
