are you sure you use port 81 because default is 80 and you need to set 80 if you follow my tuto

find where come from somes error files is in windows format when need unix
here the fix

yum install -y dos2unix
cd /data
find . -type f | xargs -I {} dos2unix {}
cd /var/www
find . -type f | xargs -I {} dos2unix {}

need to be more accuraty for get it work dos2unix convert too much sorry about that
i going to made a better command to do it
