Part 1 - Solved Fix CreateDB Fail / SQL Connection (Servers/Login ezt Crash)
(You need to be sure you have all the configs/ips fine)
1. Be Sure you give all DB's the DragonNest rights with password qorhvk!@#
2. If you created the account DragonNest, log off from the sql, and log in in (Local) mode and SQL Server auth. With the user DragonNest and password qorhvk!@#
3. If you get any error at login, its because the ports, Put off all Xampp services, skype, or other programs can use any port.
Part 2 - I still cant login in the Sql
1. Go to Start > Execute and type "msconfig" you should get a pop up.
2. Go to Windows Start > And put off all programs starts with windows.
[You can Keep the antivirus or other basic things like audio manager ezt you know]
3. Reboot your pc and Open the SQL Manager, and Log in [Watch part 1]
4. Now you sucesful log in, Open the Xampp, and start the services.
Part 3 - I Log in the sql, but the service apache for xampp dont start [Port 80 Already in use]
1. Click the buttom "Netstat" in the xampp panel. And watch what program is using port 80.
2. Do the Part 2 for fix the Xampp port too.
If you do the part 2 for any reason, but the port 80 still in use, that port can be in use for "System" and cause xampp cant use it.
How to fix it.
Fix 1:
1. Windows > Execute and type "regedit"
2. Go to > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\HTTP
3. Change key properties to "start" from 3 to 4.
4. Restart your PC.
Fix 2:
Open the “Services.msc” application. Click Windows Logo, then go to run box (on Win 9x and Win XP) or go toSearch Program and Files (on Win Vista and Win 7), then types: services.msc and Enter
Services Panel will appears, and fine World Wide Web Publishing Service on the list (usually at the bottom of services list, see selected service below).
Lastly, try to start Apache service again! It should be running smoothly.
Now you should be able to start the xampp services.
Watch part 1, and start the server.
(If you still have problem with the ports you can also try disable the firewall and antivirus as well)
Enjoy.
Sorry for my english

Find WWW Publishing Service
If Status of WWW Publishing Service is Started and Startup Type is Automatic. Then please open WWW Publishing Service by double click at the selected service, and the Service Properties box will appears.
Set Startup type become Manual and Stop this service
Then check the Services Panel, it should be like this: (whereas WWW Publishing Service status is blank (Stop) and Startup type is Manual)
Lastly, try to start Apache service again! It should be running smoothly.
Now you should be able to start the xampp services.
Watch part 1, and start the server.
