Step 1: Install the Xampp.
Step 2: Try to run your webserver by clicking the "Start" button under "Actions" of "Apache" using the Xampp Control Panel.


Note: If your Apache won't turn to green and has a problem with port 80,443. If you are using Skype program, you should go to Tools ~ Options ~ Advanced ~ Connection and uncheck the "Use port 80 and 443 for additional incoming connections"

Step 3: Extract the dn.rar to you file directory C:\xampp\htdocs.
Step 4: Look for PatchConfigList.xml and PatchList.xml at your file directory C:\xampp\htdocs\dn. Edit the PatchConfigList.xml and PatchList.xml using notepad then change all the "YourIP" to 127.0.0.1 or your IP Address.

That's all and I hope it helps.

You didn't run yet all the servers. That's why you can't connect to the login server.
Click the start to run all servers if its all green you can now login in game.

You should check your log folder if there is something wrong with villageserver and gameserver. Don't forget this step or try to re-restored your db.
