About the skill no cooldown.
<Change files>
-skillleveltable_character(any).dnt
--_DelayTime -> all 0
-skilltable_character.dnt
--_GlobalCoolTimePvE, _GlobalCoolTimePvP, _GlobalSkillGroup, _SkillGroup -> all 0
-the pak file name which was created by those dnts
--those dnts contain in the original Resource00.pak.
--If you create the pak file by the PakPacker.exe, you have to do the name which read first by the system.
ex)
Resource00.pak-Resource10.pak
-> Resource01.pak-Resource11.pak
Then the file name which were created by the PakPacker.exe is "Resource00.pak".
