You have to config IIS according to video.

I think Road.Server.exe have problem to send packet to Fight.Server.exe (port 9208) (it show on Fight.Server.exe packet coming from port 23457) so Fight.Server.exe can't response packet back to Road.Server.exe(port 9200). I'm not sure but guess it was.
